We’ve also recently enriched our Learning digital platform with 500 new micro-learning modules (lasting 5-30 minutes each). They address development needs such as a wide range of soft skills, including personal development, change management, leadership & management, etc. Currently available to 165 000 of our employees worldwide, this handy ‘Click& Learn’ solution, can be used anywhere, anytime and from any device.

In addition, as our managers and their teams will be driving AXA’s transformation in the business, we recently launched the AXELERATE leadership learning journey. Targeting all AXA managers, the journey will use the best of in-class learning content, with a mobile app pocket coach. It will bring our managers to the next level of excellence, to prepare AXA and its people for the future.
