What did you learn today? Here at AXA, your opportunities to upskill are becoming almost limitless.
In fact, learning is an integral part of our DNA – with AXA University and numerous tailored-made impactful learning journeys, shaping AXA’s corporate culture and history. And now more than ever we’re making it a prime priority, by progressively transforming into a self-learning organisation.
Why? Because by 2020, over a third of the core skill sets required for most occupations will rely on proficiencies which are not essential to performing that same job today.
Faster, simpler, smarter learning is being reinforced by an exciting new partnership with Coursera, the leader in online education and provider of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) providing our employees access to more than 400 courses from some of the world’s top-notch universities…bringing the campus to our employees.
We’ve also recently enriched our Learning digital platform with 600 new micro-learning modules (lasting 5-30 minutes each). They allow to develop skills on a daily basis, based on concrete situations on a wide range of soft fields, including personal development, change management, leadership & management, etc. Currently available to our employees worldwide, this handy ‘Click& Learn’ solution is accessible at any time from any device and fit easily into a working day.

In addition, as our managers and their teams will be driving AXA’s transformation in the business, we recently launched the AXELERATE leadership learning journey. Targeting all AXA managers, the journey will use the best of in-class learning content, with a mobile app pocket coach. It will bring our managers to the next level of excellence, to prepare AXA and its people for the future.
By helping our people stay ahead of the curve by boosting their competencies and employability, we support our business to continue to spearhead the industry. Continuous learning at AXA is more than an enabler to drive the future…
So, what will you be learning tomorrow at AXA?
