Jobholder has authority on reserving, negotiating, settling and approving Retail related claims up to the authority granted. Jobholder may also need to handle other tasks related to the operation of the team whenever necessary.
·         To handle claims efficiently and effectively to ensure quality standard are being maintained.
·         To handle customers enquiries related to claims matter
·         To carry out ad hoc assignments
·         Effective claims files management
·         Ensure smooth claims operation within the team
·         Ensure operational activities complying with defined standards
·         Maintain effective and good relationship with stakeholders
·         Maintain and improve operational efficiency and productivity

Experience Requirements
1‑3 years’ experience

Secondary 7/DSE or above

Good knowledge in general insurance, claims settlement and basic knowledge in legal principles. Negotiation, communication skills and inquisitive mind are definitely required.  Must be enthusiastic in learning new things.
