Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Roll out campaigns to Agents/Franchise/Direct Corporate
2. Participate in recruitment of Agents/Franchise/Direct Corporate
3. Engage in one-on-one/small group sessions with Agents/Franchise
4. Train Agents/Franchise/Direct Corporate in products, systems and branch processes
5. Conduct relationship management external visits to Agents /Franchise
6. Support other marketers Agents/Franchise/Banks if assigned marketer is unavailable
7. Participate in campaign tracking / campaign monitoring / post-mortem reviews (branch and/or company level)
8. Activity review agent portfolios and performance and conduct agent performance analysis
9. Creation of sales planning/activity reports for production and sales targets to Team Leader or Branch Manager
10. Handling of direct accounts
11. Follow-up on renewals after distribution by New Business Support
12. Provide servicing and problem solving to Agents/Franchise for new business and renewal issues
13. Provide 1st line Underwriting/quotation/indicative rate for simple cases Conduct site/risk surveys
14. Follow up on outstanding documents after Business Support chase
15. Follow-up on CBC & premium warranty after initial chase
16. Attend internal/external AXA trainings
17. Demonstrate AXA values
18. Support, implement and execute Head Office strategies and action plans
19. Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma & Degree in any and/or related
2. Prefer to have AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications
3. Minimum of 3 years experience in and /or similar role / capacity
4. Proficient in English
5. Possess good presentation skills
6. Possess good negotiation skills
7. IT literate
8. Mature personality, self motivated, able to work independently and as team
9. Achieving result, Initiative & concern for quality
