  • Assist on the design and delivery of AXA internal programmes including but not limit to staff induction, culture training, lunch & learn, customer service etc.
  • Provide up-to-date classroom and e-learning programme information to staff via different medium
  • Liaise with external vendors & consultants on various learning interventions
  • Responsible for programme administration, logistics supports, and follow up related admin duties for both internal & external programmes
  • Assist on the design of annual L&D curriculum
  • Assist on the roll-out of corporate events periodically including seasonal celebration, health talks and staff engagement activities as part of culture objectives
  • Manage the implementation of staff recognition programme, and employee engagement study to foster strong corporate culture
  • Assist on budget consolidation
  • Support global projects, and maintain regular updates with other AXA entities in Hong Kong
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Training, Psychology or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in L&D with sizable organizations preferred
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about people development and staff engagement
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Organized, self-motivated, responsible, team player, time-sensitive, able to cope well under stress
  • Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
