To develop and maintain dashboard and database to monitor and communicate performance of Inforce Management Initiatives
  • Contribute towards the development of effective KPI’s for continuous assessment and comparison across all Inforce Management Initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboard and database to track and monitor KPI achievements of Inforce Management Initiatives
  • Produce and distribute performance reports to all Stakeholders
  • Support the process for developing business cases for Inforce Management Initiatives
  • Support in other projects as assigned from time to time

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Quantitative Research
  • Over 5 year experience relating to Data & Analytics
  • Proficiency and working experience with at least one statistical modelling tool (such as SAS)
  • Financial Services (Banking, Insurance) industry experience
  • Good knowledge of performance drivers and measurement within a life insurance business
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid problem solving skills and ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues and investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions
  • Good written and oral communication skills
