  • Determine As-Is processes for Actuarial, Finance and Operations workstreams
    • Understand existing processes
    • Document existing processes
    • Engage lead business stakeholders to sign-off existing business processes
    • Define To-Be processes for Actuarial, Finance and Operations workstreams
    • Understand new process requirements
    • Document new requirements and impact on existing processes
  • Understand and document system data requirements and impacts on existing systems
  • Understand and document interface requirements and impacts on existing interfaces
  • Proactively work with the different business teams to independently identify, challenge and document process and system requirements
  • Collaborate with other technical business analysts and project workstreams to ensure consistency and
  • Ensure business stakeholders agree and sign-off
  • Present business requirements to project team
  • Provide QA support on SIT and UAT to ensure the quality from test governance perspective
  • Provide support to the business during the discussion of UAT and IVT defect resolution with IT
  • Provide support to the end user training during the implementation  

  • Deep understanding of AXA’s policy admin systems, actuarial systems and accounting systems
  • Full understanding of AXA existing Actuarial planning, Financial accounting and Operations processes
  • Proactive business analysis abilities
  • Ability to create structured documentation, to a technical level where required
  • Ability to define and document process maps
  • Good time management and punctuality
  • Adept at using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communication – English required, Cantonese an advantage
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Understand who is who and the organization structures of AXA so that know who to engage with specific issues.
