Change Management Assistant Manager
Development and implementation of Change Management strategy within the country in order to support the business strategy and build a highly effective and efficient HR organisation. It will include the management and implementation overall change process and progress monitoring.
Creative, dynamic and a self-starter
Experience in change and project management (especially on process alignment, training and stakeholder engagement)
Have a grasp of agile working and organization design.
Great skills and solid experience to put to use in program management, organizational design and transformation projects.
Ability to successfully influence line managers and implement a transformation project with an overview of experience, people, process and systems.
Able to operate in a matrix business environment
Flexible and able to work on several topics at the same time
Ability to establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with people at different levels.
Committed to learning and are personally and continuously educational development
- Proficiency with E-Learning tools, MS PowerPoint and Excel.
