As a Workflow Analyst on the Strategic Solutions Group you will be responsible for working on updating, building and deploying process as the business needs. You will be responsible for the Business requirements definition, design and

development of future workflow. You will be responsible for the approval of business Workflow changes. You will be responsible for designing new processes / workflows. Gain support of and agreement to, the recommended changes. Sending regular communication on initiatives (including initial business case, delivery timelines and status updates) with business teams. Perform needed system checkouts. Additionally, setting up documents for better classification

and extraction during imaging via OCR will also be part of your responsivities. Additionally, you will need to balance working on projects with the system product manager and the team manager on your day to day activities. You will also be responsible in managing your time efficiently


BA / BS degree from an accredited college or university Required. Experience required of 2-3 years and a strong understanding of process flows and some background using administrative tools. Willingness to learn business processes

and interest in translating them to technology solutions. Required knowledge or basic understanding of SQL, HTML/CSS or any other programming or declarative languages. Willingness to learn and pickup new skills on the job via self-learning.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple system support and project assignments. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong oral and written communications skills.
