JOB SUMMARY
1) Responsible for the quality of training programmes
2) Able to facilitate experiential learning programmes and workshops 
3) To support the team in ensuring L&D intiatives are carried out using best practices which are focused on employee development align to the company directions and strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training Design
    * Assess and analyze to identify precise learning needs
    * Design and create training content, structure and devliery using            suitable delivery methods and learning methodologies. 
    * Plan and implement course roll-out

2. Training administration
    * To oversee the administration matters for every training session             with support from L&D Assistant
    * To troubleshoot with the team whenever problems arive, ascertain         urgency and solve promptly
    * Communicate effective with participants accurately on workshop             objectives, logistics and other misc learning needs
    *  Provide sufficient heads up time for participants to manage                   operations
    *  Continously use communication as a form of building a learning             culture

3. Vendor Management
    * Source and recommend vendors who meet organisation training             needs
    * Onboard and manage trainers to ensure they can exemplify AXA           values and core competencies whilst maintaining a good                       relationship
    * Ensure vendor create and sustain positive engaging learning                environment to delivery key learning objectives and abide by AXA          training standards

4. In-house Facilitator Management
    * Onboard and prepare in-house facilitators to ensure that they fully        understand the training session
    * Continually coach in-house facilitators to improve their facilitation          skills
    * Ensure in-house facilitator pool is replenish and upskilled annually
    * Manage in-house facilitator bookings for programs 

5. Course Evaluation
    * Evaluate facilitator/content quality after every session
    * Attend and observe workshops where neccesary to supervise                provide feedback to facilitator (in-house and external)
    * Revise the evaluation process to ensure its relevance and quality

6. Onboarding
    * Conduct onboarding programs
    * Ensure all mandatory onboarding programs are being executed            promptly
    * Revise the onboarding programs to ensure its relevance and                quality. Work with and communicate with relevant stakeholders in          the revision
    * Continously support new upgrades in the onboarding process to            enhance new hire experiences

7.  Workshop Facilitation
     * Facilitate internal workshops (Local/Global Based programs)                 which are purposeful for the organisation
     * To prepare and localized workshops to be relevant for local entities
     * Able to create an experiential learning experience for participants

8. Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP)
    * To support in identifying, implementing and tracking of i                           interventions for development to upskill identified employees and           departments to achieve comapanys 2020 ambition
    * Provide support on the learning perspective to stakeholders in               managing the upskilling of employees (technical/soft skill)
    * Regular tracking to ensure upskilling of the identified employees             are progressing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Preferred Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or any other fields. Certification in HR/L&D/Talent Management will be an added advantage
2) AMII/ACII/DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications are advantageous but not neccesary. 
3) Minimum 5 years of related HR experience. L&D and TM experience preferred.

    * Have knowledge in e-learning
