Manages the Recruitment Supervisor and Officers individual KPIs.
- Manages the onboarding officer to ensure seamless integration of new distributors to the company.
- Development, execution and overall communication of employee engagement activities.
- Lead Distribution Internal Mobility Program
- Manages the PWM Manager and team to ensure seamless execution of PWM initiatives in Distribution
- Providing guidance and counseling on performance management initiatives; and developing, coordinating, and implementing workforce development and succession planning programs
- Must have experience in Performance Management, Retention Strategies
Experienced in Sales
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
