AXA Affiliates brings an Insurance-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform to AXA’s partners all over the world. It enables partners to deliver seamless and customized insurance protection and assistance within their websites or apps, and thus, add value to their end-customers when, where and how they need it. AXA Singapore launched the IaaS platform in November 2017, making AXA Singapore the first insurer in Asia to deliver end-to-end insurance transactional APIs.
AXA Affiliates will allow AXA to target and efficiently manage the small and large digital players who have already expressed interest in partnering AXA.

AXA Affiliates takes our digital-first approach to insurance to the next level by transforming the way we engage and bring value to our partners. It provides AXA with speed and agility to scale and tap into new business opportunities, and enables our partners to deliver personalised and on-demand insurance products in a simplified way to their customers. We are proud to be launching the platform in Singapore, as a next step of our Payer-to-Partner strategy.
Recently, AXA implemented two such partnerships in Singapore, leveraging the IAAS platform. The first is an exclusive global partnership with Scoot airlines in the travel insurance space. AXA has also partnered PropertyGuru Group to offer a one-stop-solution for renters and home buyers to avail home insurance while they make the most important purchase of their life.
AXA Affiliates enables businesses to partner AXA by giving them access to this self-service digital platform. The platform includes our marketing assets, API documentation and plug-and-play widgets, allowing partners to independently manage their customer accounts and relationships. Our APIs also allow partners to integrate the entire insurance process – from prospecting, quotation, subscription process and policy issuance to customer.

SMEs, which account for the majority of business in different countries and are the fastest growing market, offer numerous opportunities for potential partnerships waiting to be unlocked.

Since February 14, 2019, AXA Partners has been offering AXA Affiliates to its business partners. The Insurance-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform enables digital partners to tailor their website and add travel insurance for their customers. Initially it will first offer a range of Schengen travel insurance covers. Plans are to further develop the proposition with more travel products in several geographies.
