Claims Payment gets a New Boost

In August, AXA United Kingdom launched a new solution to improve customer service, called "Faster Payment". This new process enables AXA to make immediate payments directly into a customer's bank account within two hours of being authorized. ALL NEWS  |  P&C insurance

Currently, most Claims payments go via the industry-standard BACS process which may take a few days for money to reach a customer's account. Thanks to this new system, "Faster Payment", customers can receive their payments within two hours, for payments under £100,000. It has been introduced to broker liability, motor, and property claims across personal and commercial lines, direct household, and is extended to third-party payments.
